The goal of AKC Community Canine (CGCA) is to test the dog’s skills in a natural setting. The exercises are similar to the CGC but on a larger scale involving the dog to walk through a real crowd at a dog show, on a busy sidewalk, at a training club or in a local park.
Dogs must have earned a CGC and have an AKC number, or PAL number, or AKC Canine Partners number to obtain a CGCA Title.
